Made in Germany. Weighs in at about 6 pounds, 3 ounces.
From PQK: "This was Framus’ top of the line guitar in 1959. It’s fancy! 17 inches wide but only 2.5 inches thick with tons of binding and bling. The original floating electronics work well…and the way they’re set up is really cool. The aluminum pickguard with the pickups and controls on it attaches to the bridge, neck and treble side leaving the top free to vibrate. Everything on the guitar is original, including the 50’s style “microphone” style output connector. Billy Lorento was the name Bill Lawrence was using at the time."
