The RD17CE features a rosewood fingerboard, and has a PPS saddle and nut to improve response and sustain. The Alvarez bi-level rosewood bridge carries more vibration to the top, improving the tone and resonance. It has been finished using an electrostatic process that gives a thin, even finish, allowing the guitar to sing a little more as well as looking fantastic.
