An ECC83 preamp tube, a 6L6 power tube, and a 12-inch Celestion Seventy-80 speaker supply a bright, glassy feel when played clean. On the overdrive end, the TV-10 A boasts smooth compression-rich saturation when you push the amp’s front end using the Drive voicing, Master volume knob, and Gain control. Precisely crafted by referencing the sound of vintage reverb units, the TV-10 A’s digital reverb circuit breathes space and dimension into your signal with the turn of a knob. Most impressive are the features that are rarely found on a tube amp of this size, including a post-power-amp speaker-emulated line output and a built-in effects loop to optimize the sound of your pedals. Charming cream Tolex and a basketweave grille seal the deal with a decidedly vintage-inspired aesthetic flavor.
