Description
Used unique vintage guitar in very good condition for its age. 'G' tuner button is bent but works as it should. Wear on back of neck finish, finish checking at headstock joint, original finish faded/worn with age/sun/smoke all around.
The frets have recently been re-fretted and the guitar was serviced by Matt Brewster at 30th Street Guitars in Manhattan, NY. Alongside the re-fret, Matt also leveled the fingerboard for a uniform 10" radius. All electronics have been cleaned and tested and are working as they should.
Also included will be a vintage saddle-style strap in rough condition along with some dealer paperwork (Gretsch Space control bridge card, Gretsch filtertron card, quality control card, fingerboard card, guarantee envelope, original guitar guarantee). Paperwork is in rough condition.
Guitar comes with original hardshell case with heavy signs of use, however all latches do work. Loaded with original Filtertron pickups.
Serial #30108 dates guitar to 1959 made in USA.
Guitar weighs in at about 7.9 pounds.
