Used amp in very good condition with normal signs of use most notably stain on front tolex, wear around corners/edges, non-original nut & washer on High Gain input.
The 'S' in 'TKO115S' is for the Sheffield speaker.
Amp is fully functional with minimal scratchiness.
Serial #10979956 made 1991 USA.
