Tone City Sweet Cream is a quite transparent overdrive with smooth-sounding and full of dynamics like amp-like response.
In the updated 2025 version, there are now a tone knob and toggle switch. The tone knob adjusts the brightness, and the toggle switch selects two different clipping modes: the original version and a slightly higher distortion with more compression. The new clipping mode helps you control the gain you and push the distortion channel of the amp to make the distortion fatter. It works well for adding low-gain grit to a clean signal and also stacks well with other drive pedals to achieve huge, rich distorted tones.

In addition to the essential volume and gain controls, you find a unique TOUCH control. It adjusts the ratio of distortion and clean signal. This feature changes the overall response and feel of the pedal.
