Description
Used guitar in good working condition with normal signs of use/age most notably some small dings and dents around body and neck, wear on knobs and chrome hardware. Pickguard warping slightly near output jack.
Original bridge and tremolo tailpiece were installed in the wrong position from the factory so the guitar wouldn't intonate correctly, a new bridge and tailpiece have been installed in the correct position making the guitar much more playable. Original bridge/tailpiece included in case.
Guitar has brass frets that have a few flat spots..
Electronics work with minimal scratchiness, original pickups read at about ~5k each.
Comes with chipboard case.
Manufactured mid-1960s in USA; Truetone guitars were sold by Western Auto and manufactured by Chicago makers such as Kay.
